    Thank you for the reply.

I would be willing to pay a little extra to have a kit where I didn't have to cut the TPMS wire. :)

I am so happy with this product. The installation took me 30 minutes, the instructions were literally step by step, and even point out what not to do. The pictures in the instructions were super helpful, and the company follows up to make sure everything went alright for you. The more products you come out with, the more I can see myself buying!

For those that want confirmation that it's a Toyota thing when a PTS door is opened the engine turns off; it still happens even though I flash your firmware with my end disabled/NOT-TO-DO-IT:

    upload_2019-5-3_1-10-14.jpg

And it still does it. Time to fill up the Toyota suggestion jar...lol

I read a review on the one sold on Amazon that said it would interfere with the PCS system on newer tacomas. Has anyone had any problems with this version?

NOT ONE. TESTED. What you read is someone who has a coincidental bad timing issue, or was rough and careless with his install and pulled on other NON-RELATED harnesses/wires. This is hard to do by the way of how easy this kit is to install. Have not had ONE collateral issue from my hardware sold not just on TW but across the nation.

Ordered an N2 kit. Took about 20 min to install. Makes me annoyed at how many hours I used to spend installing remote starts on previous cars cutting and soldering wires. This is brilliant and an amazing product!! Thanks Jimmy!!!

I can speak for 12voltsolutions as its the one i have. It was easy to install and has been rock solid for over a year. I have the App control add on and the fee is very reasonable. First year is free and its $40 and year or $99 for 3 years.

I wouldnt suggest getting a plug and play option that didn't have a better longer range remote. The stock remote "might" be fine for remote starting while you sit in your house but probably wont have the range while you're at work or on the go. But then you have a 2nd fob in your pocket.

If you go key less like me, something with an app is the way to go.

I find myself using it to lock and unlock my doors more than anything else honestly.

I thought having to restart when i got in the truck would get annoying but its really a very minor inconvenience. You get over it. I mean is just a button push while you're already there.

If you really think about it most people really just want it to heat or cool down your interior. I doubt people want to spend all that money to save the 3 secs it takes to push start or turn a key.

Jimmy and N2Designs just installed the push button start key fob and mobile add on. This setup is awesome and super easy to use! In addition to its normal use I am going to use it when camping to start the car from my rooftop tent to charge the batteries for my night led glow lights for the truck.

    Great customer service! Above andbeyond.

I was first hesitated on getting this mod, so I waited for success stories like the one I am giving now. For anyone in question in getting this mod I would highly recommend it. I am in Houston,TX so it was a no brainer with summer around the corner. If you are going to buy this from anyone it should be Jimmy. He is awesome and he helped me set up the smart module on my cell phone. Its always nice talking to someone live on the phone rather than watching videos or reading confusing diagrams. The installation is super easy.

So for the smart module, total comes out to about $400? Is that average?? Never knew it was that steep. Just wanted to be able to turn it on from my office when I’m about to clock out lol

Yeah, the prices of the 4g modules went up and there has been some tariff increases. Cheaper than 12v and exact same product. Do you have hkey with remote on the key, if so you only have to tap 1 wire for Tpms and the rest is plug and play. They are great kits.

JUST the smart module? HECK NO. That's the whole package remote start AND smart module. And for push to start it comes out to $388. Next biggest competitor (selling you the same hardware), it's $466. I would also like to add that even with tariffs and price increases due to better product (4G/LTE), I have still kept my prices the same as they were when I was selling 3G last year.

Not sure if you were referring to the smart module ONLY or not. However, we're priced VERY low so we wouldn't have to price match anyone. Let me know if you have any other questions. Not sure if Jeremie understood you correctly either. yes there have been tariffs, but my smart module is $189, same as it was when it was the 3G. Yes, I've given up more profit margin in order to keep my customers happy where other folks are increasing their prices and throwing the word "tariff" out loosely to justify it as if it's not their fault. The sad part is, not everything got a tariff increase, and some of the products that did were subtle. It's a very random paradigm.

And it may seem steep, but when you look at the grand scheme of things, knowing if you locked or didn't your vehicle after you're too far away to do anything about it, yet being able to do something about it no matter where you are in the world among many of the features (alike GPS locate, cooling/heating your vehicle, defrosters, seat warmers, etc), is worth the investment.

So just want to give a shout out to @N2DesignsInc yesterday morning i placed my order for the remote start and smart phone module and by last night i had tracking information for it. Was not expecting it to be so fast. Sadly cant install it for some time (Currently away from home for work) but its on the top of my todo list esp since with Florida summer coming in fast.

N2 designs produce a super great working product, and Jimmys customer service is A1. He helps you troubleshoot your modules over the phone during his work hours, and after hours. And if you live close enough to him he offers to meet up with you and help you out that way too. Definitely gives you peace of mind, will be here to continue supporting him and his products.

After reading this thread I decided to go with you. I’m definitely interested in the relay option for the door if you were able to guide me through it.
    Any TW discounts?
Where or how do i purchase. Thanks
