Morning guys, on my 2012 tacoma double cab when ever I push the unlock button on the fob It does not unlock the driver door and now it is not unlocking the driver rear door. I have to unlock it with my key. If anyone knows any tricks to fix it that would be great, or if I need to replace parts please help me find the correct parts numbers please.

    Thanks for your time

So the problem is that the fob only unlocks the right front and right rear doors, correct?
How about the fob lock button does it lock all four doors or is it the same as the unlock button?
What happens when you use the in vehicle lock/unlock button, does it lock and unlock all four doors like it is suppose to?

when I click the fob, it unlocks the 2 passenger doors, and soimetimes the rear driver door, and when I lock the truck from the fob it locks the 2 passenger doors, the driver rear and sometimes the driver front. Same with the lock button in the cab, the two passenger doors always lock and unlock and the driver rear sometimes locks and unlocks and driver front rarely ever locks and unlocks.

Ok so I would guess its not something with the fob since the interior button acts similarly, Since you said the driver rear sometimes operates correctly and the driver front rarely works I would assume the wiring itself is ok or they would never work.
I would remove both left door panels and make sure the electrical connects for the latches are properly clipped in, while it is unplugged you could spray some of this stuff in the connector, some people swear by it, I have never used it but it is a good brand. While in there visually check the wires arent damaged or chaffed. Check if the female electrical pins in the connectors are maybe spread apart too much, this can cause faults as the wires dont make good contact. Be careful the pins are small and can be broken if you bend them to much. If you are unable to bend them back and the locks work correctly while you wiggle the electrical connector on the latch then I would recommend looking into a pig tail kit for the latch harness. Toyota dealers should be able to order them but I assume some people here have sources for the pig tail kits cheaper.
