    They are a real thing.

    Dave, its basically a wire going from your headlight (or bumper hoop) to your roof to lift branches so they dont hit/scratch your hood/windshield

    Anyway, I'm totally intrigued by that GMRS stuff y'all talk about a moment ago. I do have a license, no radio. I was considering this Midland MXT275 MicroMobile 15W GMRS Two-Way Radio with Integrated Control Microphone

    please correct me if im wrong here I do believe that I/we were able to tune "ham radios " to the gmrs frequency hat was being used on this last trip is that correct awesome Max Man ?
