I only needed 6 pieces 3” each so 18” total. Not sure what a full stick would cost.

I always take mine to the O’Riellys on Keystone and they are always able to take it. They even dump it for me so my hands don’t get dirty. :D

Never had issues disposing of oil at O'Reillys on S Virginia or Pep Boys on S Mccarran. How much are you trying to get rid of @obscurotron? Rolling in with a 55 gallon drum might be the issue....

    1 1/4” square tube worked great. @excorcist I owe you a beer or 6.

It doesn’t look too bad and I even ordered some plastic caps. I’m sure these are way stronger than the factory Alu Cab mounts since they’re fully boxed.

Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
Couple of those 15 qt flat containers. I actually moved them up here nearly full - ran out of time to dump them back in CA. I'll try what folks suggested here and maybe split them up into a few 1 qt bottles at a time.

    Gracias, folks!

Anyone know if I can buy 80/20 locally or should I just order it? @RelentlessFab, did you use 80/20 on your racks?

I've never used it. Looked a bit online at one time, Stuff is fairly expensive actually.

Yeah, it is pricey but I'm not sure what my other options are. I'd like to build an internal cage in the shell to help carry the weight of the RTT.

Other folks sell t-slot extrusion. Parco comes to mind immediately, and I've seen the stuff at Misumi, Grainger and McMaster-Carr. No clue if it's any less expensive, though.

First time out with the new setup this weekend and everything worked great. The only issue is the rear sagging with the extra weight so I need to figure something out for that. Thinking a 1.5” progressive AAL might work.

I’m thinking of doing a central NV hot springs overnighter this weekend. Weather out there looks prime for a soak if anyone else wants to join.

Edit: anyone that’s interested PM me and I’ll send you the location.
