    Here is my thoughts...

Lift and bushing at the same time... too much for one day??

Also I know I wanna do the 5100’s with UCA’s and a brand new leaf pack but is there something that I should plan ahead for that you guys ran into while installing or after that you wish you would have known before hand??

If if your truck grew up in Oregon you shouldn't have much if any rusty bolts.
Not familiar with 2nd gen up usually upper control arms are a pain.
I'd plan for an entire day to do just the front end with control arms and bushing.
Then plan the leafs for later on. Idk how high your going so you may be doing a brake line and have to bleed the system.
If wont hurt to drive with bro lean for a bit.

    8am- 11pm. 2 guys.

Front UCAs, front shocks, ECGS bearing, rear leaf pack, rear shocks, carrier bearing drop, front differential drop... with 2 trips to Lowe’s for new bolts that had to be cut off.

    Find the PNW meet/mod thread.
What area are you in now.
I went to one meet and all the guys were rad.
Maybe get a mod day organized and get some extra hands.

    Too few to list.
With UCA's you'd need to bend the inner fender to get the bolts out that is if you're re-using the bolts. Some people just cut the bolts out and replace with new ones but it's not really necessary. I used a long drive pin punch to help tap the bolts out.

For the 5100's, I used the truck weight and floorjack method to compress the springs out and back in. I've done a lot of these already and I found this to be the quickest and easiest unless you're buying the coils and shocks pre-assembled already. I recommend a lean spacer as well.

I read some people having issues with leaf packs aligning the bolts. The trick is having enough space and floorjack to adjust the droop and helps align the bolts that way.

If you've never done any of these before, I'd say allow yourself plenty of time (6-8 hours).

I've heard bad things about Gresham, plan for it to take a long weekend.

I'm kidding. I lived in PDX for 6 years and didn't think I would ever hear of Gresham again, once I moved.

Nice! I had to google it. My only familiarity with Gresham was from passing through any time I was heading east.

Plain on it one Saturday just incase you have any trouble you can finish it up Sunday. I started mine on a Sunday morning at around 8 am and finally finished at 1 am Monday morning and had to be at work at 7 am. O yea that was by my self though. Be sure to have another vehicle with you because you will at some point need something. Besides more beer anyway. lol
