Makes sense. The summer camp my mom used to work at in Hunt used a road that went thru like 3 different properties divided by cattle guards before you got to the camp

I don’t have a source off hand but I’m dealing with this issue currently and our attorney has reinforced this to me. We are on the other end of the deal where we are having to allow someone to cut through our property even though it’s a pain. Research necessity easements in Texas and also implied easements.

Your putting in something to fake the signal anyway.

It basically simulates the signal changes for resistance of the original sensor to the ECU, based on (usually) your kit configuration. So it pretends your O2 sensor is giving in-spec readings to not throw a check engine light or force your ECU to go into limp mode.

Wasnt my point. O2 sim just keeps the light off by not letting the code go. Dont know of any Toyo truckies that old that have a limp mode

Guys why are y'all explain how an o2 sim works? Obviously I know how it works if I'm saying I'll need one for long tubes.

    Sorry, dude. I didn't realise.

Why can't your stock O2 work with the long tube?
