What did you wire it to? Is it on a switch or pressure switch?

Order the TRD flow Air accelerator with that filter to help. I feel that the engine has less restriction

Yes. I’m the pipe giver. Fortunately we figured that out 32 years ago and don’t deviate from this approach.

Wow, she’s quick. One challenge is she doesn’t know the parts showed up.

Yes dear. Hence my default behavior to go on the dates and do the wrenching later.

Where did you get these? Did you have to remove the trim or just put it on?

I bought a temp switch until I can find out about the 4are prop switch. But to be honest this switch doesn’t look out of place and there was no need to drill any more holes so it may very well be permanent. We’ll see

Started working on a horn setup. Got the idea from KTJO 4x4's setup.

It’s right above the right headlight mounting bracket on that fender lip. Wires get tucked nicely underneath (I actual cut the power wire too short so I’ll probably lengthen it at my junction point) and it clears the hood perfectly. I don’t think it even looks out of place either. Used that existing hole so no drill is a plus.

I did drill 2 hole on the underside of hood for the rubber rivnut/wellnuts to mount the Baja light but after doing the hood struts I wasn’t worried about it

EDIT: Popped last clip in, had to kick out Bruce Banner and call in some Hulk to beat the clips ass. All good now. Thought I cracked it phew, did not.

Unfortunately I won't be adding the pro grill to my truck if the fitment continues as is. Two clips won't pop in to place fully, but now they won't back out from where they are. Like they're stuck half way in. Ugh....need a beer!

You don’t have to remove anything, you just need some soapy water in a bowl. You dip the vinyl in the soapy water. Make sure it’s nice and wet and apply it. I found it to be very tedious but overall pretty easy. Just have to get it in place and as it starts to dry slowly adjust it to cover up all the chrome. I did have to stretch one of mine just a tad but they came out awesome and look factory.

Okay, all done and put back together, I think it looks much better. I think the girl is coming together nicely, slow, but nicely.

Now you can see her debaged and with the new grill.
