Are there caps for these wheels? Don’t particularly like that the hub is shown.

    No caps, just paint.

Anyone have these with stock suspension? Wondering if there will be any rubbing or cutting needed. Also, biggest tire to avoid rubbing etc?

I ran my 17x8.5 -10 with 265/70 MTs on stock OR suspension with no rub.

Any clue if wildpeaks would fit the same? Those are the tires I’m leaning towards.

I'm sure they would work without any issues but if you want to be sure you can get the dimensions for wildpeaks and compare them to Toyo MTs in the same size.

Has anyone seen any wheel bearings go bad from your aggressive offset on your wheels? (-25, -38mm)

If you're worried about the wheel bearings going out prematurely, I recommend sticking with the OEM wheel. They're probably going to give you the best chance of getting the best usage out of the wheel bearings. No one is able to give you a definite answer on the actual mileage difference. Running bigger than stock tires can also put a toll on the wheel bearing since they're generally heavier.

Stock wheels and stock tires will get you maximum life out of those wheel bearings!

I've seen stock trucks with no lift, no aftermarket wheels or tires have wheel bearing failures at 5k miles.

And I've seen lifted, aftermarket wheel/tire tacos not have any issues for 100k.

Just try and be happy :) I love my wheels and have had no issues at all.

Aren’t stock SR5 wheels 23 lbs? I did some research and need to dig it up... F5s were actually 4 lbs lighter. Let me science this real slow.

    Results pending.

Do you get more poke from 3.5 BS or with the 4.5 BS, 16x8? I know it’s somewhere in this thread

    17x9 -38 285/70/17

Anybody running the 17x9 -38 with 295/70/17? I’ve looked all over and haven’t found anyone with that setup.

Lol thanks man, I got these 285’s to fit no problem so I’m thinking why not 295’s. I looked through it and didn’t come across any 295/70 in this particular offset.

I would love to go 35’s and be willing to re-gear but I don’t see how people can get that size to not rub while off roading. If I was planning to just stay on the road I would of just slapped them on already lol
