I'm going to be heading to Holbrook AZ this Thursday and coming back Sunday if anybody needs something TW expressed. I'll have limited space heading down but should be empty coming back.

That was why I spent a chunk of savings...mine likes camping, but not a friend of public outhouses or squatting in the wild lol.

I sacrificed truck tent camping for happy wife. I'm ok with it...mostly.

I figure with the axle flip and beefy tires it will get anywhere I want to go as far as camping and hunting, and that’s fine by me

Hey Denver people, my truck is making an odd whirring/whining noise mostly at cold start. Fairly certain it’s either the release bearing and or the input shaft bearing. Can anyone recommend a good mechanic/shop to take a look for me? My tools and skills are very limited. Thanks.

Manual. It’s definitly from transmission. Squeeling in neautral at cold start but goes away when temp rises. Intermittent whirring noise with minimal pressure on clutch pedal.

Id say pilot bearing. Youll do the clutch while youre in there. I dont know a shop in town but Im sure someone will chime in. The clutch, pilot bearing and throwout bearing are all kind of a package deal so while it may suck to drop some cash, youll be good to go for another hunk of miles afterwards.

    Good luck!

Thank you! Yeah I figured I’d have a new clutch out in with all bearings and would like to just have the rear main seal done while the trans is dropped. Hope someone can point me at a reputable shop!
