Same ol shit different day, tired of the inefficiency of working with people stuck in their ways and unwilling to adapt to technology and change with the times. Had to put the job search on hold until I figure out what is going on with the ankle and if I need to go back for another surgery.

I'm a process oriented person and have come up with ways to work effectively and efficiently with what I do. Sadly my bosses would rather recycle the same tired methods over and over then complain when things don't change and sales don't increase. My ideas fall on deaf ears, the cycle continues, and I get blamed.

Sadly I think it is starting to get some pain back in the foot around the repaired tendon and up the leg where the tendon runs. See the doc in a couple hours, prob wont find out much other than get scheduled for another MRI maybe some Xrays. Not sure what I am going to do yet especially if it looks like a malpractice issue. I have so much stuff coming up in the next 2-3 months I cannot really afford to be down again. Not to mention I burned all my vacation time for the first one I would not be getting paid at all if I go out again.

Shit man I was worried you wouldnt have much time left to work with if this continues as an issue. Would this get pretty spicy as a legal battle if it is proved through malpractice? That said, I thought you guys were pretty conservative with the healing process.

Hope for the best! You are correct you won't know much until he gets an MRI but maybe the MD has something to help in the mean time.

I dont really think it is going to be a malpractice issue, that said once I get some more info i will definitely get a second set of eyes on it starting with my PT. Wife had to have hers done twice (yup we've had the same surgery) the first was definitely a malpractice issue. However since hers was a workers comp claim it did not make financial sense to pursue it. If we won we would have had to recoup enough to cover 100% of the workers comp payout + legal fees just to break even. This pretty much took a quick settlement off the table and ensured a trial.

@azshooter40 If I had to guess, Ill be getting a steroid shot or prescription to try and calm the swelling. The swelling concerns me and getting a quality MRI done

Currently entertained by this lady at the orthopedic docs office who actually thinks her 3:45 appointment means 3:45. Must be her first time in a doctor's office. She's in full let me speak to the manager mode.

Well as predicted not a lot of discovery today. MRI to be scheduled. Doc said possible nerve/ back issue which always makes me skeptical. One of the first hip docs I saw tried to pull that card. Definitely see a 2nd opinion in my future unless the MRI shows a new unrelated tear which is also my thoughts on what's going on. I'll be emailing my PT tomorrow to get his thoughts.

Not sure the size of your company, but see if second opinion program is offered. Such as Best Doctors or Grandrounds etc.

Haha I got it sorted eventually though!!

@Mike330R how are you liking that pioneer sub in your CTR? I'm considering replacing the OEM sub with one but since my "premium" sound system already has a reasonable amp and crossovers and what is apparently some pretty sophisticated DSP that just goes to a shit paper woofer, I'm thinking just straight swap it out.
@Man of Steel TRD , any thoughts there? I'd also love to have some help installing it as you gotta basically disassemble the entire rear seat and C pillar to get the sub shelf out... :p
