agreed - I should post up some of my pics from my abbreviated trip into the gravelly range. amazing what you an see from 9400'ASL. also amazing how little oxygen is up there, note to self - do not hike uphill at that altitude!

Time to start figuring out the details...we know who is coming now we need to know where are going exactly, when and where are we meeting (someplace easy for you out of towners to find) at the start, etc.

Welcome, I live right outside glacier park and me and my wife go to glacier ever year. It really would take you a month to see all the cool spots in glacier. You must Go to GOING TO THE SUN ROAD, CEDER WALKS, and PACKER ROOST to name a few. Also come to the meet at the end of the month

Edit: dam everyone is on at once :)

I could call you a lot of things... I figure it is appropriate considering you really do know pretty much everything about Montana scenery.:D

Lisa knows I have no limits... I shall not go there. Especially on a thread we are trying to bring people into. And besides, Lisa has done nothing bad to me... yet, I have no harsh words that I would stand behind.

Sooo, sounds like there are some fellow Montanans who wheel? Where and when? I am in if my schedule works. I have a fairly capable offroad truck and I'm not a noob when it comes to trails. It would be great to get a bit more local trail info for the SW MT area.

We haven't quite figured out the 'where' yet, somewhere near Bozeman is as close as I can tell you. As far as 'when' August 27th -29th.

Shall I add you to the official list of attendees?

    Oh, and welcome!

Crap! 27-29 probably won't work. Girlfriends B-day is the 28th plus I work sundays. I think we will be camping friday, saturday down by Wade and Cliff Lakes. Anyone know some trails down there? (Near Hebgen)
