For those that have the Braun LED hanging shop light, is the plug a 2 or 3 prong?

I tried going the pink route to keep her away from my tools. Pink drill, toolbelt and other tools. Worked for a time then it didn't. I don't usually post pics of her on line so I blocked her face.

Was thinking the same. Shame she stole your gum boots.

Heading to town to get haircuts for the boy and I and then we’ll head over to HF to wander the isles to find what I can’t live without.

FWIW, I’ve been extremely happy with my Hercules grinder. It’s at a lower price point but I haven’t used a Bauer to compare. I can tell you it’s leaps and bounds above the chitty Chicago Electric grinders.

Got a few credits on closing costs, so I am gonna go to HF next weekend and make it rain!

Got my eye on the 44 or 56" tool box, plus the torque gun and associated bits and bobs. Stoked to finally have a real garage!

My Hercules grinder fried during the first use. I got it replaced under warranty though. I blame the 95 degree temperature and the hard duty I was putting it through at that time. I've used the replacement a few time since with no problems.

    I've put the $30 Porter Cable 4" grinder from Lowe's thru hell & it hasn't skipped a beat. For $30, it's a bargain.

Adding a HF caulk gun to my toolbox. Feel like a mope for not thinking of this myself.

Why not just pry against the old pads with a screwdriver before removing the caliber to get the piston retracted?

Because I host a free mod/shop day at my place every month for local TW members and with the usual three to four projects running simultaneously I can’t always be ahead of everyone.

I'm familiar with that. Usually goes like this:
Me (working on one corner of the truck): "You doing all right over there?"
Buddy (on the other side of the truck): "..."
Me: *puts down tools and walks over- takes deep breath "What the hell have you gotten into?"

I haven’t taken pictures of it yet but one fellow was fighting a rust welded lower control arm bolt and in his frustration thought it would be wise to use a cutoff wheel on the lower control arm itself. After shouting the necessary “what the F are you doing?” I called everyone in to explain that we only chop the least expensive part that we have a replacement for in hand. Was a very stressful afternoon for me.
