Hi I just installed this bumper on my 3rd gen, the passenger side turned out great but the drivers side is slanted. I tried using a lining to hide it a little, and it's not terribly obvious but it drives me crazy. I was wondering if there's anything that I can do aside from buying a new bumper? I was considering taking a black piece of material and hot glueing it to the back, then using the liner to cover it up, but I don't know what exactly I could use

Run it into a tree, repeatedly, until the driver's side is bent up enough to cover the gap

    a couple things
looks like you either clean up the bad side so its straight and match the other side to that or get new plastic and start over , we generally like to have about 1/2" clearance from body to all bumpers for movement anyways ...

If you still have the old pieces, you could get a wider edge seal and ghetto glue is back together.
Might have to find someone who replaced their entire bumper and do it again.
    What bumper is that?

It doesn’t look bad IMO. What lining did you use?

You actually need to cut MORE off...that bumper is going to flex up when you are wheeling...it will do more harm than good if you leave it so closer to the bumper.
