Thank you for the kit and the response. The full horseshoe brake and turn signals are wonderful.

 

Just got my stage 2 installed. Highly suggest not using a stepped drill bit. Even holding upside down it left a LOT of shavings in the housing. Unless you have a lot of time to spend vacuuming and using the air compressor to get it out, try something else.

 

I want to see it in darker conditions lol

 

I used stepped bit. Wasn’t that bad.

 

Would using a shop vac while drilling help at all with that?

 

If you use a step drill, go REALLY slow and a lot of pressure. The shavings will come out in larger strands/chunks. Minimizes the small shavings that could possibly find their way into the housing.

What turn signals are you going to go with?

 

Got my stage 1’s installed today and I’m sooo glad I bought them. It makes a huge difference just adding the LED and making it a full horseshoe. Plus this is one of the few things I’ve done to the truck that my wife said was actually a good idea

Glad I was able to snatch a pair of @MESO ultimate turn signals on sale! It got rid of my hyper-flashing turn signals while in reverse for my Stage 2 kit.

 

Stage 2's installed. Took me about 10 minutes to use the X-acto / propane torch method. Waited about 30 min for the jb weld plastic to cure. Everything works great - super bright. Love the VLED bulbs, very high quality feel to them.

 

Now you can say they are wife approved! And you’re welcome! Your stuff is awesome!

Wish there was something like an easy/packaged @MESO Headlight Kit Stage 1/2. I'm overwhelmed with what to do with the front to match coolness in rear.

 

Well without going into a ton of detail, I got my Stage 1 kit all installed and was having an issue with one of the bulbs flickering (not hyperflash) and @MESO was incredible with his customer service in helping me out! Then my wife said “what else does he make/sell”

 

Step 1: Keep purchasing MESO products.
Step 2: Keep wife.

 

Step 3: have MESO keep making more stuff for the Tacoma.
