Don't even get me started on how sissified our culture has become. And yes, our society as a whole are a bunch of pansy pussies. My wife and I do our best to raise our kids right and keep them from falling into the "me too" attitude nowadays. My boys, 12 and 15, can don boxing gloves and have a technical fight with each other and shake hands afterwards. They can change a tire, air filter and oil in a vehicle. You didn't win a medal or a ribbon during sports this year? Tough shit, try harder next year. Now EVERYONE gets a ribbon no matter how good or how bad they suck. I don't believe in this. Everybody is NOT a winner. Society is so geared towards mediocrity and everyone's rights, that it's pathetic. Man, how times have changed from the 70s and 80s....

I'm not saying do that, I think what they do is fine.

but to say NFL players need to risk injury and not practice against dummies more or avoid certain situations, and that everyone else can do simulations and not practice exactly the same as the real scenario is hypocritical.

Ok. My setup is ubiquiti usg, ubiquiti 16 port poe 2 uap pros and wired connections. I am running unifi controller and video software on a PC. I am wanting to remove it from my PC and get a cloud key gen 2 plus. However if I keep my 4 cameras on a vlan and they are recording to the ckg2 which will be on same vlan I will not be able to remotely access it.

I have checked on the forums and can't really get an idea on how to accomplish this.

so as Tanner joked that LEOs need bad guys shooting back at them, I joked that fire fighters need more realistic scenarios with real people. basically Allen's "everyone needs to practice exactly without shortcuts" is BS.

but those drills can cause major injuries, even death. just like fire fighting drills.

 

they are reducing the risk of them by not using real people lol

Train like you fight! The more realistic training is, the better off you are when the rubber meets the road. Of course I'm using boxing/fighting training, as that's what I know. I imagine sports is the same way. Train like someone is trying to kill you!

Yes sir. Just went with the 14 inch bilstein 5125s. Eventually I may treat myself and get something nicer. Doubt it though, these will more than work for flexy stuff.
