    Did the most important mod...

    the paid off mod :)

The Civic is free and clear, title will be mine in a few weeks. Saved $3200 in interest.

It's bittersweet though :rain: I miss my grandma and it stings, but I know she'd be grinning like a fool to have made such a huge difference. It's a blessing to be sure.

What's left over I am putting into my house or saving.

The 4AFE is a great engine and it served me well for over a decade. I always used to say "Everything is manual but the transmission" when people asked that.

Havent really thought of a price because it needs quite a bit of work. It's a "it ran when I parked it" car but its been parked for over a year. I'm sure the tires are flat spotted, needs a new hood, fenders and headlamps. Front bumper is unpainted. Car is straight from the A pillar back and drove well after I ran it under a city of phoenix truck but its at that age where parts are getting scarce and theres not a lot of interest in not crushing them. I'd probably ask $300 because you could likely get $200 for the wheels alone (has 16" Kosei K1 alloys on it). I can get updated pics of it.

They offer both, if you can have the sample back within like an hour you can do it at home.

I have done both ways, I much prefer the at home method. Something about being in that room in the clinic that really makes things more difficult to achieve lol

She’d be proud that you spent her savings on a reliable, safe, commuter car so you can let your 2wd Tacoma stay rested during the week for when you spend the weekends drifting it around the Maricopa racetrack :blahblah:

I’m used to where you take the sealed cup home and then when you are ready you must deliver in an hour. Doing the deed can get kind of weird if they don’t have a dedicated place to bust it.

Best case scenario is you got bumped down a tax bracket when she kicked it.

ya, that’s why @4Running Daily brought @Nitori ’s pillows into conversation to tie those two topics together, in case it wasn’t apparent before then.
