Too busy to take pics sometimes. Was on a time crunch took us a whole 15mins to replace the windshield. Great thing about our tacos super easy to replace.

I did just do a windshield on a vette first one I've ever done. Also first time I ever driven one. Had trouble getting out of it to low to the ground had to kinda roll out of it lol

 

Ever replace a rear slider?

 

On a taco? If so yes plenty of them. I've replaced pretty much all makes of pickup trucks rear glass. Actually like two weeks ago did one on a dodge ram power slider they are a mother. With the Tacoma's it makes it easy because our seats fold down.

 

Do you recall the cost of a replacement rear slider? My passenger side is gone & I have a piece of plexiglass in its place with 3M.

 

Not off the top of my head. The owner get all the pricing. Unfortunately. Give me a little bit I'll find out for ya.

Does anyone know if LED light bars on the front are legal on the street here ??

I got blinded so bad the other morning I ended up making a Two foot decent into a field I have been a little cranky since .

I still need to crawl under the truck it drives ok but something is off .

Then my drives Ok means it got home mostly stays on the road no strange noise or leaky fluids

 

If they are below the headlights no need for a cover but should be pointed down like the driving/ fog lights. Anything above the headlights must have a cover on them on used only on off road!!

 

Pretty sure they're offroad use only

I saw a guy do it, but he was sponsored (aka had proper suspension) and decided to go for it. I was landing 10ft before the 3rd and singling it. Long story short, I found out I was not invincible and am lucky to be walking.

Doing fine was good for that day, but to continually do that I will feel far more confident with the armor. Then you won't have to tell me not to follow you because you tend to do stupid things.

 

The glass is like 180$. Call around to your local salvage yards see if they have any.
