Need help finding fuse

I’m trying the figure out why my wipers and window cleaner pump won’t work. Can’t find the fuse for the pump. Any help is appreciated. This is the first Toyota I’ve owned

 

There are two fuse boxes. One under the hood, and one by your left knee under the dash... I believe the washer fuse is under the dash.

You have 96 model right? My 95 has it in the knee panel: 20 A fuse. Your 96 should be the same:

 

Yes it’s a 96 Toyota Tacoma 2wd 2.4

 

That one fuse runs wipers and washer pump. Nothing else.

If you find the fuse is okay, there is a well documented problem with the wiring failing down by the pump. I had this problem, but the symptom was wipers came on by themselves and would not turn off. Others have had the same problem. The wiring just above the pump connector fails. I posted some pics in the linked thread.
