I have a 2019 Tacoma sr 2.7 with 33s and 3 inch leveling kit. I had a problem with a grinding/clunking noise so I went to a off road place. They added spacers to the middle of my drive shaft . Now the grinding is gone as of right now but it vibrates when I accelerate. He said I’m fine to be driving around it’s not harming anything is this true also any ideas on what’s causing it to vibrate. And again it only vibrates from a stop

Get some 3* axle shims. That should help line up your driveline angles a little better

Is your truck 2wd or 4wd?

2wd also is this going to break anything over time? I do plan on fixing the problem though

It will likely wear your universal joints out prematurely if you dont address it and just keep driving it. The truck isnt going to explode though or destroy anything just from some take off vibes. I would start with the axle shims since it sounds like you already have a carrier bearing drop kit.

Here is a good thread for driveline angles: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/drive-shaft-vibrations-solved-step-by-step.244535/
