Buy him a set (when they're available again), and then you will see them in action!

My wife was co-pilot in a car behind me last week with her sister...got out of the truck, and I kept asking "how did my tail lights look? Did you see them next to the one with the stock tail lights? Mine look cool, huh? Do they?" She was just shaking her head at me...haha

I likely will be doing that! And yeah I wanted to show my wife, she normally does the same and just shakes her head, but she said this actually made sense to buy! I couldn’t believe it haha

No chance I could get my wife on board with this lol. She's shook her head at most of the mods I've done no matter how well I explain they are a "necessity".

Open the fuse box under the hood, and check the 10A fuse circled in this pic
    DB2A43C8-B5F0-43AA-AFFE-D1CF9AA3F9A3.jpg

It’s a constant current fuse that supplies power to the DRL relay. If it’s blown, that’s the problem.

Thanks but it's good. Already checked it. Strange thing, was out working on it again and took the fuse and relay out and put them back in and it's working so I'm not sure what the issue was. I will have to keep an eye on this.

If I was a betting man, I’d say you’ve got a sticky relay. If it’s not quite sealed as good as it should be, the contacts are getting gunk built up. I’ve seen relays stick open and closed. Not sure what the factory denso relays cost, but I can’t imagine them being more than $10-$12.

I was wondering if that could be the issue. I called a couple of dealers and none of them have it in stock and want $28 for it but I can get it from RockAuto for about $7.50. If I have the issue again I may order one and give that a shot. Thanks for the help.

Just ordered a set of new shoes, Falken Wildpeak A/T3 in 265/70/17 to fill in those huge wheel wells a little bit better than the stock size Duelers that came on my truck. They go on Saturday!

Sat in the tacoma eating pasta salad for lunch and apparently alienated a group of people by suggesting taking pictures with your cell phone while driving wasn't the best idea. Lol. Well at least i learned that cops shouldn't write speeding tickets because they have all broke the speed limit. Who knew? Thanks guys.

More on topic... I did have time to order these from eBay.

Shout out to whoever posted the idea about a month ago. Great idea for us with a undercover flex that don't have a rail anymore. Thanks for sharing. Hit me up if ever in NC. Got a cold frosty glass of liquid bread for ya for letting me steal that idea.
