If you guys are ever in Colorado Springs, CO. Don't stop at Amy's Donuts whatever you do. I'm pre-diabetic after every trip there.

I love rowers. I needed a cardio workout that didn’t involve running

I have noticed when I consume over 40g of carbs in one setting, I get a bit tired. If I keep it lower, I tend to do better unless I move around. Could be other things too, who knows. Body is strange and we do strange things to body.

Also, pizza for me is bad to me, because of the damn grease and cheese. I just shit my brains within 30 minutes of consuming.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
Recently discovered that chugging down some coconut water in this 90+ degree 90% humidity right before a run sits better with me than just plain water and other drinks i've tried.

Anyone know why that might be?

Wish i had known it out years ago.

Probably because coconut water has some carbs/sugar and electrolytes in it.

Time to get diet back on point.

I don’t have exact ounces as I got tired of counting and just wanting to make it last forever without going crazy

    Basically this what I do

3am- banana with a little peanut butter smeared on it

    Workout

6am- egg white taco in a low carb tortilla

9:30am- 80calorie packet of tuna and cup of broccoli

12pm- chicken thigh with broccoli or asparagus

    2-3pm- banana/orange/packet of tuna

6pm- chicken thigh with a small spinach leaf salad(no ranch) and broccoli/Brussels sprouts/asparagus.

Should I cut somewhere or change up something ? This has been by far the easiest diet to maintain through this journey but I’m wondering if I need to change it up. Simple meals I can cook at once and last a few days are key.

I’d eat something immediately following your workout. Unless you’re working out for 3 hours your waiting a while to refuel your muscles during recovery...

Also, what time do you go to bed?
