    Missed the last Stage 1 release and was going to hold out, but all of the great comments about Stage 2s made me hit the buy button.

    So now what should I do on the front end as I haven’t switched to LEDs up there. Looking for some advise.

    Without any resistors in the system will I need to add some?

    I had them in my cart and was contemplating on whether to buy them or not. I didn't pull the trigger because I already spent a bunch at cali raised led's memorial day sale.

    Can someone tell me why you would want to get the brighter stage 2's over the stage 1? Wouldn't the stage 2's blind drivers behind you? I had a chance to buy them, but didn't because of this reasoning.

    The brighter lights make you more noticeable. Being that people on the road only see the running/brake light I'am not worried about it blinding people, they are still red and not white. They are also not like headlights that are focused to push light into peoples eyes/mirrors. Now the reverse light might be possible to be blinding but its not like I plan on putting my truck in reverse while driving on the road. I would have been happy with the stage 1's I had installed but for various other reasons I upgraded to stage 2's.

    Stage 2 was invented first. Stage 1 came about because not everyone is comfortable with modifying their taillights.
    Safety First - Being seen is the #1 feature!
    It is only at it's brightest when stopping/stopped. If they leave extra distance due to the brightness, this enhances the safety aspect, so... WIN/WIN!
