Ah gotcha. I went with grey because my truck is silver and it was a nice contrast.

 

The air bumps are more to slow the impact, and do make a huge difference off road. The air bags are to help make up for how soft my rear leaf springs are. They flex good, but a chipmunk would make my rear end sag.

Also finished up the plumbing. It's definitely a mod I wish I would have done a long time ago

 

CVJ axles and oem axle seals installed, new oem reman alternator and oem idler pulleys plates and bolts.

Reinstalled my RCI front skid too
No more crazy angle! Also fk New England winters my shocks look like shit

 

Finally got these babies on! Also plastidipped the little piece underneath the headlights. I'm digging it!

 

Nice, yeah I like white so I can see or spotters can see during night wheeling. Been thinking about doing the raptor lights too.

 

For now I will store it there and pull it out but it wouldn't take much to run a line off the battery with a switch and ground it or extend the jumper cables. The air hose is about 20 ish feet long but the cables are only 6 foot. Will properly wire it up and repost it once the school year is over. The boy has one month left and then he is off to a trade college. Lots of homework. He is my helper/padawan/future Tacoma owner.

I will probably add some courtesy lights to come on when the dome does (unlocking and doors opening) not sure of the color thinking red possibly if they are bright enough. Also got to figure out where/how to mount them to get a decent spill on the ground as well as some on the sliders.

Eh I wouldn't say model citizen I just refuse to accept what is deemed normal by today's society. I made huge mistakes with debt when I was in my 20s. It was hell trying to get out of the situation and don't ever want to go back.

This is one of the reasons it is taking me forever to lock and regear the truck. Which I am glad it did because I have found different options having to wait.

 

Finally sits level again. And no taco-lean now! Woohooo!

Pretty sure my drives side door lock actuator is going out. Doesnt unlock all the time with my key fob, and it makes all sorts of noise. Dont have the time nor patience to take it apart to clean it. Oh well

 

Grabbed a hi lift and torque wrench off of @Anderson and tucked it under the rear window. Took a minute because the bedliner was stubborn but came out solid. Good talkin with you man!
