Sounds awesome. My friend works at a dealer and took me on a test drive of their cheapest model 3. I was wildly impressed. That thing had more zip and power than any car I have ever been in.

The instant torque is a pretty amazing feeling, not to mention all the tech is incredible. I personally would probably wait as I feel like they are improving pretty rapidly.

Same, looks a little wonky. I'd be interested how far it could go on a charge if you're in the back country

Also, a friend of mine who lives in Hong Kong thinks that vehicles using fossil fuels will be banned in most of the world within a decade...

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
If they would make an all electric vehicle/truck look more like conventional vehicles I think they would sell better. Making them look wildly different is not for me. The range is getting there and the power is definitely there.

The Tesla Model S actually looks good in my opinion, but the Model X? Don't get me started...

I agree the model S is a good looking vehicle. Besides no grille it looks similar to many other cars. Probably why it's their best seller?

agreed, at least make it a little more rugged. I get that it's a tesla but it's also still a truck

Tesla had always been hype over reality.

The Model 3 was supposed to be revolutionary... took them over a year to actually produce the first one after reveal... and priced higher due to "unforeseen production issues"

No way one makes it to the streets under 50k.

No to Tesla! Die hard gearhead over here. My power tool batteries dying are annoying enough. Don’t want to worry about car batteries dying too.
