Thanks, big issue is insurance. I am hearing no changes in bi- weekly cost, co-pays, deductible, and script costs. Will believe it when I see it.

:pccoffee: Good Friday morning. On call through the weekend so two weeks of just another wonderful day in paradise.

Think Sunday morning will sneak out with my phone, laptop and shotgun to break some clays anyhow. 2 of the above 3 do not belong in the same sentence.

Just checked the weather. Going to pull the plug on work today. Windy again. I hate wind especially while fabricating/welding. So no OT today.

Give it another month or so and I'll switch to iced tea in the mornings. I'll have a cup of coffee at the house then fill my big travel mug with ice and tea for the rest of the morning. Thinking about getting one of those bigger bottles to take along also.

    Morning Everyone !!!! :hattip:

In a couple hours I'm headed back over to my friends house to finish getting the new motor put together and installed . Had some issues yesterday and hopefully it's easier today !!!!

AFR has some weird design two piece guide plates that make it a tedious task setting up the roller rockers

Reading some of the paperwork on these AFR cyl heads they require a 3/4" reach 14mm washer seat plug . One of the plugs they reccomend is a Autolite 3922 , a Ford plug in a Chevy motor . I'm going to run AC Delco 41629 but if I can find a NGK equivalent I'll go with that

Lot of 12 Semi Autos out there on the ranges, except International Bunker Trap think they are the only ones that don't allow them. But not a lot of Bunker traps in the US. Most people standing to the right of someone shooting a jam-o-matic aren't fond of dodging the hot empties they chuck out. Or dinging the stocks on their guns when they hit the wood. Was considering a Beretta X400 multitarget as my next shotgun then last weekend the guy to my left was shooting one and it was throwing the empties past me at head level about 10 feet. It was interesting... There is a guy in Texas that is an outstanding gunsmith and he can solder a knockdown pin in the receiver so they fall at your feet. He moved to Texas from here and put one in my youngest sons gun about 15 years ago before he moved. He is a smart man. Good gunsmith too.

I understand seeing some of the loco locals and they’re playing it safe. I like trap just don’t do it enough. I range shoot every now and then and when owner saw me unbox my Sig from case he invited me out for some long range stuff but never took him up on it
