Aus is here til Monday. Both of his elbows have fluid pockets on them, bigger than golfballs but smaller than baseballs, so going with him to Dr to get them drained. I love watching that shit! Then off to my PT. Feel like shit and don’t want to make the drive! I gotta get it together cuz I have a girls pool day planned tomorrow!!

Being a Trailer Park Slumlord is kind of a job though.

Baked potato, microwaved to perfection. Covered in butter, sour cream and chili. Salt & pepper. Breakfast of champions.

 

The trailer park pretty much takes care of itself. I just own the spaces. They furnish and maintain their own mobile homes. Plus they have to keep the lots clean, watered and mowed. All I really do is collect the rent once a month. Until bad things happen. Like the pump on the water well goes bad or the septic tanks need pumped out. Once lightning hit the main pole and killed everyone's power for 5 days. I had the electricians working night and day and had to rent a generator to plug their freezers in. That almost bankrupted me. Most of the time it's a pretty sweet job.
