    If I lived close to you I'd ask you to buy me some mineral spirits. Lol

    I wish it helped with traction, that would've been awesome...but no it had quite the opposite effect lol

    Are mineral spirits not a thing in CA? I’d clean varnish of my brushes with that.

    Lol. The sipes on the KO2s seemed like it helped for wet pavment traction compared to KOs but it seems to have done the opposite for dry pavement.

    Yeah it's a SoCal thing, probably still available where you live. Mineral spirits is banned for sale in SCAQMD (South Coast Air Quality Management District) which is LA, San Bernardino, Orange County, & Riverside. May be more & who knows how much further it will extend. Stupid CA crap.

    Can't even buy paint thinner here now (mineral spitits is basically a refined paint thinner). Everything sold here is now a "substitute", like paint thinner substitute, contains more acetone or something. All these substitues are formulated to evaporate quickly & they all suck! :annoyed:

    Everytime I go to vegas, which is not often, I'll stop buy HD & grab like 4 gallons. Lol

    @Crodell6, @Sperrunner, @cruiserguy

    What're the symptoms of a stuck open vs stuck closed expansion valve. I think the one in the Z might've died. I went from good AC to meh AC, to dead AC in about 30mins

    Hmm. Maybe I’ll stock up on horn paint with the non-California ingredients.

    Could be, but I'll defer to the other two pros that you tagged as they have quite a bit more experience with refrigeration than I do. But I believe what you're asking with the exp valve could cause that
