The diagnosis is in... Compressor shaft seal that the bed. That's what I get for trusting 32year old rubber to hold 225psi

 

Clutch happened after the AC technically. But I did have this AC system leak tested before charging it to try and avoid this. But I guess it needed a week to finally get the courage to explode in grand fashion

 

1500 to 1800 usually if it is unknown condition, never seen a JDM one so I dunno there, toyota still offers every part including a long block so you could buy new

That’ll earn me a one way ticket to prison. I actually read the CA regulation about the legal color of vehicle lights, you can’t have blue strobes - no exceptions. Red strobes are permissible for armored vehicles ONLY when evading robbery, and all emergency vehicles.

I could technically run the lightbar if I swapped the lenses for amber ones. Amber strobes are completely legal.

I see a few built third gens with Amber traffic advisors like that.

 

Wire it up to a graduation cap

 

Hang it next to my stoplight in the garage. I have blue/red Whelen strobes from a police car that need company.

 

Change the lights to purple then, like the bozo guys!

Yeah, got about ten of them. They had more old Cadillacs than 90’s Buick’s so I only got three sets.

I didn’t bother pulling the siren. I have one I bought sitting at home that I bought impulsively one night.
