Actually, Jen has been wanting a motorcycle... and she's about 1000% more capable on a motorcycle than I am... which would mean we would need 2 (his and hers) motorcycles. Because there is no way in God's creation she's going to just sit on the back of a motorcycle that I'm driving.

 

If I do end up getting one I'm going to drag it in the house and take a pic.

 

I had though about asking you about it, but I'm sure you'll be wanting to sell before I'm ready to buy. And now I'm stuck on this.

Yeah, I've apparently got one to sell, and one to get rid of. The Forester is now my daily, so I'll probably hold onto that.

But you're right on the spot with the reasoning. We need to make a trip down to discuss options; weekdays are going to be tough right now.

From a guy who grew up riding motocross (hair scrambles, hill climbs and general trail riding) those dual-sports were always "lame". Mostly because youre limited to how gnarly you can get on them. (These are now called "adventure bikes" and dual sports have taken on a much more enduro bike look/design).

That was 18 year old me, 29 year old me says "fuckin A id ride the piss outta that thing". Although id probably lean more towards a dual sport over an adventure bike. But im also not trying to ride 100miles on i5 on my bike lol


Someday in the near future id like to buy a new dirtbike (crf450x). However, this dam tacoma is sucking up all my money. (Guns have sucked up quite a bit of my spare cash too). Once me and the GF get out of our apartment and into a house, im going to get my bike outta storage and pay homage to my old stomping grounds (carnagie/frank raines/pipi valley)
