Although nutserts are superior to the jacknut, they don't work as-well in this application.
The nutsert crushes uniformly the entire circumference. This is really good for round holes. The issue we are dealing with is that the hole in the roof is rectangle in shape(THANKS TOYOTA). So with a jacknut...even though you only have 4 sides of contact once crushed, if you align it like "X" in the square hole it has more to bite on. Also..The legs on a jacknut extend out further than the lip of a nutsert once seated so that helps too.

P.S More are getting laser cut right now:D

"Might that include the much anticipated sunroof model?" he asked, moving towards the edge of his seat to be able to access his wallet quicker.

What I meant to ask is do you have a good AR mount for the Molle rack?

Finally installed the OEM handles.. love it!

Anyone else with them on.. do they not close all the way after you pull it down? Seems like I have to give both sides a little push to completely return.. not a big deal, just curious.. maybe it's the angle they're at on the rack.. not sure.

Regardless they look awesome. I got some 2 inch bolts and basically just screwed the bolt in and it took the washer down with it haha.

Did you have to shave down the back end?
To install them into the rack?

Yea.. I bought my first dremel lol -- it was easy. Cutting the little plastic pieces lets the piece sit flush on the rack. It took on a couple of minutes to cut the excess plastic. I saw someone said they used pliers and a razor blade.. I tried it at first but eh.. the dremel made it so easy lol.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
You need to get out of this ‘Rack-Hole’ that you have fallen into. Your becoming obsessed with this mod lol
    Looking good bro!

This new batch going to be the same designs as before? Or did you update to a hex design?

I would buy it in a heart beat.
I wonder if we can install Meso's upcoming Hexpod lights into the Hexrack.

5 rows of 10 hex slots, 50 hexpods...
Always wanted a tanning bed in the back of my cab.
