To a degree I mean your already under there cutting and melting stuff might as well.:D

Your right it takes a LOT of commitment to go for it. In July I’m getting them after gear install.

Trucks I’ve rode in without armor and 285s were no where near as sluggish as mine. I wouldn’t worry to much.
How much does your bumper weigh?

Not sure. I’ve seen people with similar bumpers say around 115-120 lbs so somewhere in there probably

It should ride nice with the new coils I believe they are a significant higher spring rate then the 2nd gen. 590 to 680-700 I’ve read.

Awesome! I knew they were stiffer, but I didn’t know there was that much difference. I’ve seen a lot of guys around here running them on 2nd gens and they all say good things. I’m looking forward to it

Shweet! Are you running a spacer too, or just the shocks/coils?

Just the shocks and coils. Bought spacers because of the deal but have decided not to use them. Truck sets pretty level and rides very well. They came off a 17 DCSB TRD OR (but not the one in the pic it's a plain Janer sr5 4x).
