    All you would need is an IAT 2 wire sensor that the old school GMs front he 90s and early 2000s rocked in their setups. It would be easy to work the numbers into HPT to the correct values needed then plumb it into the setup. Bank.

    Ask and you shall receive my friend. To use the GM sensor on the truck you'll need to use and reference temperature at various voltages. A little ohms law will get you:

    Only reason I asked about ohms is because this was in the discription. 29113AA1-DE36-435E-9BFD-0B90AF7E192C.jpg

    The GM IAT sensors are THE most widely used IAT sensor used for aftermarket ECU's. Buying one from Autozone is the same as buying one from AEM.

    I see there is 2 different ones. Open element and closed element. It says to use open element on forced induction. But the open element wouldn’t work with meth I feel like. I don’t see why the closed element wouldn’t work.

    You'll have to balance the Pros/Cons of the open vs. closed in relation to your new mounting location. Just keep in mind the closed element will heatsoak much more-so than the open element.

    I put mine back in with the right stuff black rtv, that stuff really does a good job. Opened the lid up a few weeks ago and it’s still holding on good.

    I would do the open but if meth got into the sensor wouldn’t that throw the reading way off? Anyone have any idea?

    Just did come google searching and guys says they been running meth for a couple
    Years with no problems. So I’m gonna order and open sensor and get ready to drill into the super charger.

    If you have the methanol nozzle near the tb you should be just fine. I've never had any problems.

    I am liking this talk of a new IAT sensor. Something I would be very interested in doing. If you are spraying meth pre TB and the IAT sensor is in the supercharger’s intercooler lid, I would think the chance of meth damaging anything would be fairly low.

    Also since my tundra is currently broke I have been daily driving my truck to work. I now feel everyone’s pain in terms of bad mpg. 982360B1-B025-42E5-AF05-7CC583677943.jpg

    Interested in a set of billet 1GR fuel rails:

    @loginfailed
    @Athlaos
    @White lightning boosted
    @GT7

    I cannot take credit for the design, but here is a 3D printed prototype set for a visual. I have to pull off the supercharger this weekend and make sure there are no interference issues.

    This is the firewall end. -8an orb ports. The end on the driver side is intended for a pulse damper, similar to stock. I’m going to use a Raduim 20-0176. On the passenger side will be where the FPR would go. My Aeromotive 13129 has -6an inputs, so in the pic is an -8an orb to -6an adapter.
    C527FCA5-D13C-4566-ADEC-CC9851D755A8.jpg

    Bumper ends, again -8an ports. Like the stock rail, the crossover hose will be here. I misplaced my other 90* fitting but you can get the general idea.

    Toward the rear of the driver side rail is another -8an orb port for fuel input, like the stock rail.
