The factory put a hold on it for now, it was a beta, and they have discovered something else, not related to us that has that upgrade version on hold until it is addressed. You're going to have to wait...until winter 2019...ends. :D

No but seriously, the firmware push is on hold for now. You hibernated way to f***in long. Good morning sunshine...this was 5 months ago...how heavy was that rock you were under...my grand-kids kids' now have grand kids, who have grand kids. Cars are now started via telepathy, and we all have flux capacitors. Welcome back, Rob.

    It doesn't work when:

A: It's still in the box as received
    B: Instructions not followed
C: Short staffed and so brrrrr cold outside that it turned to dust from being bored half a year ago

    :rofl::rofl::D:p

I was first hesitated on getting this mod, so I waited for success stories like the one I am giving now. For anyone in question in getting this mod I would highly recommend it. I am in Houston so it was a no brainer with summer around the corner. If you are going to buy this from anyone it should be Jimmy. He is awesome he helped me set up the smart module on my cell phone. Its always nice talking to someone live on the phone rather than watching videos or reading confusing diagrams. The installation is super easy.

Thank you! 1-3 days to you. Average is about 2 everywhere to urban cities, rural 3. Tracking will be updated later tomorrow, but you should've received it already in an email.

Can the amount of time the vehicle runs before being shut off be adjusted to longer than 15 minutes? If so what lengths of time?

Yes it can, we used to accommodate this but have standardized on 15 minutes for two reasons:

    1) Speed of packaging and shipping out the door; taking customization requests delays shipment and bottle necks our streamlined process.
    2) Idling more than 15 minutes is not healthy for your engine.

We've tested the 15 minutes in places below 0 (darn near arctic Canada), and the sweltering heat of the southwest. In both scenarios, 7 minutes was the amount of time it took to heat the engine to running/operating temp and allowing HEAT or AC to reach it's function.

Not to say we won't accommodate it, but it's a secret menu, you can request it at checkout in the notes on push to start only. All others (HKEY Auto, MAN and Regular key will be fixed at 15 minutes run time).

This is not user configurable, only at time of firmware flash before we send out. Users can always cover shipping both ways and we'll be happy to set desired time post delivery as well.

Options are (not recommended other than 15):

Installed and working great. Thanks you made it so easy. The only thing I have noticed is that on my aftermarket stereo I have a feature that I can erase check engine codes as well as check them and that no longer works.

Just installed my remote start unit and the smart phone module as well! The remote start wiring and set up was a breeze! can’t say the same for the smart phone sync set up. I plugged up everything, paired it correctly, but I am having syncing issue with my phone.
What’s the average turnaround time before I can start/viewing my truck with my phone?

    Hi Juan (it's you right?).

Immediate. I believe we've already spoken this evening. Let me know when you're free tomorrow evening so we can resume, I know you had to run, but we'll get you going no worries!

That would not be related unless it connects to your OBDII if you havwe an HKEY kit and didn't reconnect. Other than that, Push to start kits, or any of our kits wouldn't have affected this. Make sure you haven't bumped any neighboring connections, and make sure your BCM connection (White "B" Connector" on the push to start kit is that's what you have) is seated well going in an out from Vehicle, harness to vehicle BCM module). No pins are pulled or loose.

Unplug your battery for 30 minutes and re-plug to see if that resets your head unit. This is just a suggestion but not related to our hardware.

If your head unit allows for firmware upgrades, you may want to do one later after trying the above suggestions of checking connections and battery reset.
