    I wouldn’t have touched it... well, maybe sampler. The thing I don’t know is, how they used the various hops. Some could have been part of a dry hop process, etc. I’ll ask around, but I’m sure it will show up on some reviews because it is so weird.

    I did a BYO 6er at Trader Joe’s at got a few local brews I can’t wait to try. I’ve been averse to sours pretty much ever since they became a thing, but I picked this one up on a whim.

    I must say, either my palate has changed or this is just a great example because this is refreshing AF. It’s a collab of two Charlotte breweries, Birdsong and Divine Barrel. Guess I am going to branch out and try some more sours.
