Installed a Dorman fan shroud/coolant reservoir to replace the factory one that I busted a few weeks back. Took less than an hour. Installed a plug in one tire where I ran over a nail, and did an admittedly half assed engine detail job. I'll revisit that one another time when I get a better brush to clean the dirt away.

I had my truck on a lift today.
Greased the upper control arm bushings and installed the sway bar relocation brackets.

No more noise, I think it was the bushings more than anything. I checked the sway bar and springs before installation and didn't see any signs of rubbing.

Sometime ago I upgraded my system but kinda halfassed the wiring. So bored today, I revamped the area behind the backseats. I laid dynamat back then but didnt like the look so I carpeted the back wall, cleaned up the wiring and organized some. Not bad for crap I had left over from other projects. 20190608_141544.jpg 20190608_141522.jpg

    Today was a good day.
Complete BP-51 suspension system with SPC UCA’s installed a couple weeks ago.
This was a pretty easy install. Just took my time. Mounting the front reservoir brackets was a pain.

    35F8AE30-60FE-47C8-978D-6C2DA4E3ECCA.jpg BEE492A8-A0E9-45D8-AC02-505426FB2A65.jpg 7589C345-8A6C-44CC-BA64-23091B32C628.jpg 7E3985A8-7E27-4AE6-BC4B-4C8BC7D8C5D5.jpg

Wheels mounted with balance done. They had to add 9.5-10oz of weight to balance the tires  This was due to possibly the way I mounted the tires and also the wheels apparently are not exactly round.

I love the way it turned out.
So far I have only had to do minimal trimming to the lower corner of the fender flares, removed he mud flaps and have done the CMC.

I will heat gun and remold the wheel well liners to add more clearance and need to adjust the front struts to gain more lift.
Widows 5% tints all round except the back.

Almost forgot. I also did the diff breather mod. But I didn't put it near the gas cap or behind the taillight. I only extended it so it sits higher. I took about a 20" piece of hose and ran it along the brake hose.

Some afternoon fun. Had to pound some dents out. Some sanding and 4.95 in International Harvester Red paint and I gained 5 horsepower and 3 MPG.

Too busy for pics, but installed a red/white emergency light on the roof. Drilled a hole in the bottom lip of the 3rd brake light to route the wire and siliconed it up. Ended up basically drilling a channel most of the way back on that bottom edge of the lens so the wire had room to flex for the bend outward. Ran the wiring down the left side of the sliding window, behind the rear seat storage, then under the carpet around to the the drivers door and across the floor to the center console where my siren/switching is hidden. I unbolted the rear bolts of the front seat and used a dowel to fish the wires over to that hole in the carpet, then reached down to snag them under the center console, then coaxed everything further back so it was entering that space from the rear of the console. If I knew I was going to the door side anyhow I probably would've just cut across the headliner and down the B pillar and across under the seat. Might change it latter.

Also installed some LEDs. Fog light switch bulb was dead so one went there (I ordered both amber and white - trying amber first, will judge the brightness tonight.) Another went into transmission position panel in the center console. Last ones replaced the 3rd brake light and license place bulbs.
