    i gave a 3hr ride in the cold windy rain to a group of 3 teens and their dog in the bed of my truck once about 200mile ride from a gas station in KC, they ducked down like they were cargo, the interstate we were on is not heavily traveled

    i was just repaying a favor once I was picked up by a nice college girl (perhaps grad student) in the middle of nowhere Iowa that saw my stranded Celica on I-80 and gave me a ride to gas station and back (about 5 to 10 miles roundtrip)
