I think you had it right, set everything out on the kitchen table. Plan the install. See the install. Do the install. BE THE INSTALL.

How much needs to be plugged in to check the lights. I have all wires hooked up except for window and doors and i have no power to my domes.

Honestly the picture In the pdf was clear in my opinion (no offense to those that didn’t catch that). I do think I’m the directions maybe mentioning that would help a lot. As in short wire drivers side, long to passenger. I had to double check that photo myself to make sure I didn’t wire it wrong.

Battery is hooked up. Headlights and locks work, no domes or puddles. All connections are solid.

Hmm. I guess trouble shooting now. I would disconnect the a pillar and try again. Close all doors and try again.

I wasn’t going to say it but I did think it :anonymous:

Edit: and badges. You do what you do though homie.

Also, a little finesse with tucking the wires to the a pillar to make the cover fit right. Took me a few times of finding the right fit.

Thank you everyone for providing help and tips during my install which should not have been as difficult as I made it. My take aways if I were to do to again.

    1. Short cable on driver side
    2. Soapy water and fishing wire
    3. Don’t panic
    4. More beer

Thank you @MESO for such an awesome product and being so responsive. I look forward to what you have hidden behind scenes.

    Thank you @Tacospike for reasons.

I have to wake up early tomorrow to put the truck back together but plan on getting some real pictures tomorrow night.

Cheers to all and drive safely!
