    See I have the opposite problem, I can stay up all night at work fine, but home time, nope. I guess working 4 10's (9pm to 7am, ugh) and having 3 nights off will do that. Reverting back to daylight hours on my days off sucks big time...

    I usually try to hit 3ish am on my days off, but there are some days that are harder then others to do that. Throws me off a little more that I am swapping days and nights every other month too.
