Good luck keeping the engraving clean, that thing was air blasted on OCD levels before I sent it.

Yep, there are collar install instructions if you follow the link in my sig. The zip ties I provided are for securing the new collar in place of the old (sent 2 because you get a mulligan).

2nd gens are slightly different as I hear you have thread holding your stock collar in place ... 3rd Gens use a zip tie from the factory.

Can confirm the thread holding the collar on a 2nd gen. Just be mindful and "pick" at the knot, it'll come loose or the thread will break free. Mine was wrapped 3x around.

    Got any pics?

I'm trying to get one for the OP but pictures never do the Delrin any justice until they are well used.

No sweat man. If you want any more, different angle, close up/further, just let me know. I've got to take it apart to put in a short shifter this week.

I'm doing some R&D for a kit from LCE. They don't currently make one for post-2009 2tr 4x4 trucks, so I'm trying to see if a different works.

Also, not selling the knob because a short shifter doesn't change that. It's not a 1997 Honda Civic lol

Right. The short shift doesn't change the lever, creating a need for a different knob lol. It shortens the throw, maybe increasing lever height overall by 1.5"

I get the same question seemingly every day, so always refer to the first post in the thread for updates as to when more knobs will be available.

Step-by-step for 2nd Gen 6 Speed MT guys/gals.( @dirty deeds confirmed "Exact same process for 2nd Gen 5-spd too") Pull cup holder insert out, takes a little force but it'll come straight up. Remove 4 Philips screws. Clean out center console then remove carpet liner, then two 10mm bolts. Pull center console up and back then you pull the shift surround straight back. Turn boot inside out and remove thread then stock collar. Put new collar in and zip tie. Reinstall everything then just get your knob on and correctly oriented with shims. Attach collar to knob and tighten set screw. Enjoy.

Just in case, you might want to add that your instructions are for the 2nd Gen. I know it's obvious, but this is TW afterall.
