    I ordered a Springfield 1911 mil-spec defender.
    A 1911(non- antique) has been on my bucket list since I was around 10.
    Can't wait for it to get in!

    Edit: I realized it's technically the A2 version due to the rounded swell on the rear if the grip, but that won't dissuade me from carrying and using it.
    Some 1911 fanatics can't get past the minor change from a1 to a2.
    Anyone else carry a 1911 for edc?
