Nope, beach bodies are built starting Jan. 1! By the time summer comes around, I'm pretty ripped. I get pudgy during the winter and stay pretty trim during summer.

 

Let’s be real, it doesn’t matter how much you run. Beach bodies are made in the kitchen. Winter, spring, summer, fall

 

Beach bodies are made in the gym, the track, the trails and yardwork! lol

 

This is the American dream!

I know you have been out here to my building to get your CAC renewed. But right when I started out here 8 years ago this building was just getting finished and we were walking around checking out everything and 6, yes 6!!! turkeys managed to fly into the massive windows in the back of the building FACING THE COURTYARD. How they dodged the other 2 buildings that face the same courtyard is beyond me but unfortunately the window they hit was in between the 5th and 6th floor and they fell to their demise.


Also, HSV guys. I am in desperate need of a maintenance day soon. Just a few things that I need to get fixed up like cranking my coilover up to try to level out the Yota lean, replace my wiper fluid pump, grease my UCAs, clean up some cables that are bothering me, etc. I am covered up this weekend for sure and probably the rest of June probably. But sometime in early July would be ideal if anyone else needs to get some things done I will be more than happy to host it in my garage.

but, if you lift enough weights and do enough cardio you can build muscle and burn most of the calories.

if you only deal with your diet and no working out than beach bodies are not built in the kitchen.
