    I just put a tint on my truck last monday after i painted my rims. I have limo tint on the back windows and the darkest legal tint on the front plus a tint strip on the windshield

    hows the paint holding up? Any chips? I am thinking of this mod as well, but worry about longevity.

    Did you take the wheels off the rim before painting? Did you buff/sand the rims before applying paint? What type/brand of paint did you use?

    Its still good. It hasnt chipped at all so far and theyve been rained on a few times and it hasnt affected them. Ive seen some guys on here that say theyve had them painted for at least six months and no problems either

    I kept the wheels on the rims still on the truck. I sanded each rim first after i cleaned them off a little. And i used rustoleum black satin spray paint after I applied the primer
