Been wondering how the voodoo access cab looks. I have the BBP access. I must say that color looks great.

Thank you. Mine is Cavalry Blue, maybe the pinkish hue (Costanza reference) from the sunset reflection adds some Voodoo tint. Loving the Access Cab but our doggie would have liked a power rear window as the back windows do not open. My bad for not realizing that during test drive.

Sorry thats what I meant. Yes that is a bummer on the access. Always have the rear slider. At least there is a shell for the dog too.

I had the day off, so while my wife was at work, I added matte black vinyl ( Amazon ) on the tailgate with colored inserts from @rrentrop and plasti dipped the bumper caps. I do this kind of stuff when she’s gone!

Yep I feel your pain!; my 2017 was $483 this year! I cut the list short with "etc." because I could probably go on for days about the perils of California Livin'! I've been researching my options and will be glad to get away from this rat race tourist trap! The Monterey Peninsula is a beautiful area but has become overrun with tourists. It's like a parking lot on Highway 1 at Bixby Bridge on any given day; trying to get to Big Sur on the weekend is slow going (lucky to hit 35 in a 55 zone some days :annoyed:)! Just disgusting with all the people flocking here for photo-ops, thanks to modern technology and social media nothing seems to be off-limits any longer! Anyway I digress. Point taken...Need to get out sooner than later!

Nope. I used a piece of tape on the back of a quarter to cover it. It's the perfect size and when you're done, you just pull the quarter off with the tape.

So the installer of my alarm system absolutely fucked my lower steering column trim cover. The rear clip no longer grabs at all and its resulted in the steering wheel of my brand new truck rubbing against it.

Before I call them and holler, is the dealer the only place to go for a trim piece like that? Wondering what it will set me back if I have to buy a new one.

Put new 265X70X17 tires on. Now I need to do 30 or so more posts so I can advertise the 285 tires I took off.

Personally, I would take it back to them and have them make it right by replacing it. Sure the installer already knows he fu#$*d up; they're just playing the waiting game and hoping you don't come back! Best of luck to you! Keep us posted.

Thanks. It all fit together pretty well except I needed to drill a hole to fit the breaker I installed which wasn't the flush mount one they offered. But, still working in tight places, some on the fly ingenuity needed to be employed like using masking tape to hold the nut in the socket while trying to maneuver it in place and of course a magnet to fish out the fallen parts. Still kind of a fun evening project. So now on to adding a few accessories.
