    SoCal water is warming up. Went out yesterday for an after-work session around 430. Went out in the 3:2 but was sweatin halfway through. Definitely could have worn the 2mm shortsleeve suit, possibly even trunked it with a top

    Monday was over 100• in San Francisco!
    I surfed stetson beach in trunks!!! The water was cold but as soon as I sat up on the board the sun was so hot it didn’t matter, in twenty years of surfing NorCal I’ve never trunked it before!

    I'm excited for warm water to get out of all the rubber, but not excited for the crowds it always brings... Even before work, morning seshes become more crowded.

    Jetties were fun. Chest high waves. Could actually surf today so that was good too. Can’t ride the new board as a quad but can do just fine with a thruster setup
