Short notice but figure I'd throw this out there. Going to head up the 395 leaving Tuesday night/Weds morning and exploring the Manzanar/Reward Mine, Alabama Hills and up North of Bishop Fish Slough area if anyone is going to be in that area or has suggestions hit me up...

That sounds like a lot of fun. Hit the South Tufas at Mono Lake. Lago from High Plains Drifter was built a few hundred yards from there. If you study the opening and closing scenes of that movie, you’ll recognize the landscape. Also, the ghost town of Bodie isn’t far away either. CA is keeping it in an “arrested state of decay.”

Wondering if someone could give me some quick info. My truck was recently hit from the front and it was only the bumper that got ripped off. Anyways, it already was fixed and I got it today, but the TCS light is on solid and I already got an alignment done but the light is still there. Already looked up a few threads and other sites on it and says it could be a wheel sensor that got damaged and is causing the light to stay on. So as stated above, I was wondering if anyone had some more insight on this.

Anyone know how to fix a floor jack with a failed pump? I have one of those floor jacks that have two pumps and it looks like one of the them is stuck in the down position. Because of this, the jack can't lift to the maximum load and range. Fluid in the cylinder isn't bad. It's the actual pump that is compressed down when you move the lever down.

What brand jack? The harbor freight jack isn't worth fixing, the pro eagle probably has a warranty

Did you try to bleed the cylinders? There's a bunch of you-tubes videos on it. Worth a shot.

Are the safety cyclinders the same as the main chamber?

Not sure about that. I have a completely different jack and mine would only lift about 12" which is when I started looking into repairing it and came across bleeding the cylinder which fixed it.

Does anyone here in San Fiego know how to replace a radio/cd player in a van?

My dad is in town next week and needs it replaced.

Been to Rosie's Café in Escondido? It was good before Restaurant Impossible made upgrades for their 2019 season opener.
