General budget means into someone else's pockets. I think the majority of it should support our future leaders of America, schools!

 

As long as it doesn't go to the colleges and universities. Put the $$ into secondary education, where it belongs. If Johnny can't read or write, free tuition won't help him at all.

 

I hear ya! I might be a little bias with my wife being a teacher and me working at a university though.

What kind of chopper you fly? My father flew the Bell Huey back when he was in Vietnam.

 

For most of my career, I flew Bell OH-58D Kiowas, but I'm also rated in Bell 206's, Bell 204's (Huey's in flight school), Bell 407's and MD 530's (Little Birds).

I retired from the Army and flying, at the end of 2012.

lol! I had joined the Army as a combat field medic,so I could get into the medical field, but eventually ended up behind a desk as well.

 

Made some highlift mounts last night! Think they turned out good.

 

What did you do with the rack that was currently in your truck before this one?

 

They are sitting in my closet right now at home. Trying to sell them actually.

I'm trying to look at your old set up in the our ride video and it looks like it's a little lower than your new setup.

 

Not sure. Just pricing everything out right now and figuring out what I need the most. I do need something so I can haul 2 kayaks on in the future though. I also want some sliders from Wes as well. Shit, I don't know what I'm going to purchase next. If it's the right price and tickles me fancy, then I'll get it!
