Your truck looks good. As long as you're happy with it and brings a smile to your face, that's all that ultimately matters! :)

I appreciate the recommendation. How expensive was it? Do you have a link where I can find one

Oh lawd, you sir just made my morning.:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

OP, id strongly consider at least getting some 5100's or at least some bump stop spacers like mentioned above of the appropriate size so that you are not bottoming the shock before you hit bumpstop.

You would be surprised at how easily it is to fully compress suspension to bumpstops, slow compression g-out style bumps even on road, simply rolling over a speedbump at 3 mph depending on its size etc etc.

Now the good part is, stock there is some room for a relatively thick spacer, about 7/8ths to 1inch thick... but id be willing to bet your spacer is thicker than that to achieve a 3in lift.

Just dont want you to have a catastrophic failure

I am sorry to say, but this is not a good solution for you. Notice how the upper coils are already in a bind. I did this for about a grand, and there are even cheaper solutions out there for less with better results. This was my old FOX lift before the Kings.

OP wont run into coil bind, The spring isnt being preloaded any more than stock as the spacer is above the tophat, top coils are wound close to provide a flat surface for mounting purposes.

What OP will run into is the shock being fully compressed before he hits bumpstop, this is not good and can result in other issues mentioned here.

Looks like about a 1.5in thick spacer, id get a minimum of around 1/2in of bumpstop spacers (hell washers would even work just fine) so long as there is enough threads for the stock bumpstop to be spaced down

Thank you, I really appreciate your input, obviously I am learning here. What you’re saying is making sense.
Where can I get the bumpstop?

Well said. You hit something hard enough, the coils will bind, and the shock will collapse.

coils will NOT bind... like stated spring is not being preloaded any more than stock, but the shock will bottom out before touching bumpstop

Id spin a bumpstop off and see how much thread there is and see if you can do 1/2in worth of bumpstop spacer.

first, pull a stock bumpstop off and measure how much threads you have available.

They’re $13.00 a pair for the 3/8 inch spacer. So far so good over bumps and light off roading.

What end links are those? Was the swaybar hitting the coil before you added them?

I was running FOX 2.0s, swaybar never hit the coils. These are AllPro and will not bend like the stock ones will. I am running Kings with 14" 700# springs now, so I yanked the swaybar. Best free mod ever.
