Nothing wrong with liking the 3.5. I don’t have a bitch with it either. Does what I need it to.

While that tailgate is over the top the step that was built into the tailgate on my F150 was really nice. I didn't think I'd like it but after using it for a while it was a great feature. I'm 38 and in good shape so it wasn't that I couldn't get in without it. Was just much easier with it...

I have no issues with this test. I think we all knew the outcome before we watched it and it's not the reason we picked a Tacoma over the others. I got mine because of great expected long term reliability, looks and awesome resale.

If it's based on the MB 274 4 cylinder, it's going to be blowing up #1 cylinder pistons left and right. I've rebuilt or replaced about 10 4 cylinder turbo engines in the last 4years or so, that's not counting the ones my coworkers have done

I say, if any of the people who bought those other trucks could afford a Taco, they would buy a Taco. Let's see all of the "Tested" trucks 30,000, 50,000 and 70,000 miles from now. Trainwrecks, no doubt! I'm with Frank. "Oh stop it."

    It’s still true...if you own a BMW.

BMW is the only car in the 21st century with power window regulators that still break.

Ridiculous article considering we 6 months into the launch of the Ranger & I don't think I have seen one on the road yet! They are not fooling anyone.

Perhaps Ford told Autoblog to find something nice to write about Ranger or it’d cut its ad spend.

I see the same Rangers everyday. They haven't moved from the spot the dealership parked them in since they got them. Not even joking, the grass is growing up around them.

Never even heard of ‘Autoblog’. Who are these douches? I guess anyone can be an automotive ‘expert’ these days, you just need a camera and a website.

With the limited research that I've done, the Tacos seem to come in $3k to $5k higher than the others with comparable packages. I suspect it may vary by region.

According to CarGurus, the Ranger Lariats around here, which is their high trim at the moment, have MSRPs in the $42,000 to $43,000 range, advertised for $10,000 off pretty much across all dealers.

IMO.. Ford better go back to producing cars. They are going to take a bath on the New Rangers.

They will likely balance their spread sheet with the international market for the Rangers to justify keeping them on dealer lots unit 2025.
