    I think the real question is at this point is: did getting your finger cut off make it worth it to see David Robinson? :laugh:

    On a more serious note, was your finger reattached? :O

    I had Lasik done with Manrique in South Texas. I believe they have a San Antonio location. If you have cash, they'll accommodate you, and it won't be a long process. The surgery and recovery time is just about a week or so with taking drops and wearing sunglasses and stuff. You'll be able to see 20/20 the next day, or after you wake up from a nap same day.

    Bumping this to the top since this thread really moves along now and it gets buried quickly.. will try to repost this about once a week at least so ppl dont miss it:cheers:

    Good morning everyone, @05prerun82 and i have been doing a bit of planning, and we'd like to do a run from Junction to Fredericksburg on saturday june 29th. Its mostly dirt roads and some nice driving in the country.

    The run should be pretty mild, so i encourage stock trucks and everyone to participate!

    We will get you all some more info later next week on the finalized route we're taking and also how long we expect it to take..
    For now, here is a preliminary route in red/yellow.. We may include the loop in Junction depending on how much time it takes, but as of right now, i think the Red/yellow route will be plenty to keep us occupied..

    Plan is to meet at the Shell station in Junction off 2169 at 830am so we can get rolling by 9am.We will end up in Fredericksburg somewhere we can all have lunch/early dinner as a group. If you are planning on coming or would like me to put you down as interested just let me know and I will try to get a list together of those attending.

    Address for where we're meeting @830am on 6/29:
    201 Morales St, Junction, TX 76849

    @Fire Chicken

    :playball:

    If i missed anyone please let me know and ill get ya added!

    As of right now, it's looking like this should take roughly 4-5 hrs as a group. Attached is a copy of the TX overland Master file that has the route we'll be doing, but it also has a bunch of other stuff. Still trying to work on a KML/KMZ file that is exclusively what we're following.. Will update this once i figure that out..

    There's a shell station off 2169 I think that the road and the start is 3 miles down the road from there

    I may be interested in doing this. Will it be family friendly? For the wife, kiddo and dog?
