Hobart 210mvp is on sale right now for $799... nope wife would kill me. Already had to sell the last one I bought because we moved.

 

Do it! Even if you buy it just to weld on the sliders and sell it for half what you paid you'll be money ahead.

Need to take a welding class before I install sliders. Cab mount I am not worried about because if I screw up it’s not the end of the world.

You can save a ton of money on parts and labor with your own welder

 

Dropped the truck off for hail repair (from last June’s hail in Louisville >_< ) and got these (requested) pictures today, thought y’all might appreciate them:

I was so excited last time I bought the welder with all the things I could make. Then we moved and it didn’t fit in our trailer

 

That must have been a big welder...

 

Don't buy a welder. You'll end up cutting more shit off your truck 'cause you can.

We fit all of our stuff we owned in a 7x14 inclosed trailer. Could have probably fit the welder in there but the trailer was already overloaded. If only welders were lighter. Now we just need to buy a house so we can get another welder.
